Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborating with the Registered Nurse/Team Leader to consider, plan, implement, and evaluate the comprehensive care needs of each individual using our service
  • Cultivate and encourage a positive work environment and practices that are safe and meet all relevant standards, policies, and legislation
  • Utilise an all-inclusive approach to achieve outcomes in cooperation with all departments within our care service

Requirements:

  • Registered as a supervisor with the Scottish Social Services Council within the necessary time frame
  • On a journey to obtain the qualifications needed for SSSC registration
  • Successfully graduate from the Meallmore Upskills Academy Senior Care Worker Programme

Nice to have:

  • Holding an SVQ level 3 or higher, or its equivalent, in Social Services & Healthcare
  • Having a PDA or an equivalent in Supervision
