Job Description:

Kiwi House Care Home are currently recruiting a Senior Care Assistant Night to join our team based in Derby, Derbyshire, United Kingdom. You will join us on a Full Time, permanent basis. Our Senior Care Assistants are an important part in our resident’s day to day lives. We ask that you are seen as an extension to our resident’s family by treating them with the same kindness and compassion that you would treat your own loved-ones.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure the highest possible levels of care are maintained by the team in supporting/assisting resident’s with all aspects of their daily living
  • Offer emotional & physical support to residents
  • Provide attention when needed
  • Ensure residents dignity, independence and happiness remain the cornerstone of our care

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 in Care (essential)
  • Previous care experience (essential)
  • Good literacy, numeracy and communication skills

Nice to have:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Care
  • Previous Senior Care experience
