Senior Care Assistant (Nights) at Dovehaven Grove, Bamber Bridge. 33 hours OR 44hrs - 12-hour shifts - 8pm – 8am – on a rota basis – Real Living Wage (Premium pay on Care Workers). £300 Welcome Bonus! Job Responsibility

  • Delivering personal care with dignity and compassion
  • Supporting residents' emotional wellbeing and independence
  • Managing and supporting the care team during your shift
  • Supervising and supporting less experienced staff
  • Ensuring care staff adhere to CQC guidelines and best practices
  • Promoting high standards of care throughout the home
  • Working closely with colleagues to maintain a safe environment
  • Accurately completing care documentation and handovers
  • Taking responsibility and using initiative when required
  • Supporting elderly residents with their daily care needs

Requirements

  • Previous experience working within an elderly care setting
  • Previous supervisory experience within a care or nursing home setting
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care essential
  • Alternate weekend availability required
  • Enhanced DBS required
  • No sponsorship available
