We’re now looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a Senior Care Assistant - Nights at Hinckley House Care Home in Hinckley.

Job Responsibility:

Support and work alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care
Monitor wellbeing of each resident and update care plans
Be involved in person-centred care planning process
Support residents with medication requirements
Undertake staff supervisions and support staff development
Act as key point of contact with residents, relatives, visitors, and health professionals

Requirements:

NVQ 3 or equivalent in care for care homes
2 years’ experience working in similar care environment
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Positive attitude to both supporting and nurturing residents and staff
Responsive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities
DBS Disclosure check
Proof of eligibility to work in the UK
