Senior Candidate Marketing Manager

• Collaborate with the marketing team and agencies to design and implement recruitment marketing campaigns for priority vacancies
• Ensure alignment with our business objectives and actively engage potential candidates, guiding them seamlessly towards applying
• Develop and execute organic content strategies that engage potential candidates and showcase our company culture and opportunities
• Manage employee advocacy programmes to drive active participation in talent acquisition initiatives
• Implement social selling strategies and activate leadership participation to enhance our online presence and employer brand

• At least 8–9 years of work experience in (Candidate) Marketing or Employer Branding, preferably within the Professional Services sector
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration
• Proficiency in English and Dutch
• French is a plus
• Strong project management and organisational abilities
• Exceptional ability to manage and engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative campaigns
• Familiarity with the latest marketing tools and platforms
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
