Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Campaign Operations Specialist to join our dynamic Campaign Operations team in Pune. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing, executing, and optimizing ABM campaigns. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, managing inventory and revenue, and mentoring junior team members.

Job Responsibility:

  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to ABM campaigns, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish
  • Participate in customer calls to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction throughout the campaign lifecycle
  • Oversee the tracking and reporting of revenue linked to ABM campaigns
  • Manage and track resources and inventory for ABM campaigns
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, sharing best practices and insights
  • Demonstrate a proactive, self-starter mentality
  • manage operations during various shifts
  • Generate and present regular reports on campaign performance, operational efficiency, revenue, and inventory management
  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure that campaigns align with business objectives and are executed efficiently
  • Constantly seek opportunities to streamline processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the overall success of ABM campaigns.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in Digital Advertising, social and email campaign operations, with a focus on Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
  • BE/BTech/BS or equivalent technical degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
  • Proven experience working on digital advertising campaigns and creatives
  • Strong analytical skills and expertise in campaign optimization strategies
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing ABM campaigns
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively
  • Experience in customer-facing roles with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Expertise in revenue management, including tracking, reporting, and optimization
  • Experience in inventory management, including resources, tools, and technologies
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, particularly in the context of digital advertising campaigns and creatives
  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Experience managing shifts and handling operations across different time zones
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo)
  • Excellent reporting and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Expertise in Excel to manipulate data, perform complex calculations, and visualize data trends effectively.

  • Experience in SaaS or B2B marketing environments
  • Experience with data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
