Job Description

Optimizely is looking for a strategic and execution-focused Senior Campaign Manager to join our ABM Campaigns team. This role is ideal for a modern B2B marketer who thrives at the intersection of marketing, sales, technology, and revenue generation. As a Senior Campaign Manager, you will own the end-to-end development and execution of integrated demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) programs designed to drive pipeline, accelerate opportunities, and influence revenue growth. You will work closely with GTM strategists, Sales Leadership, Revenue Marketing, SDR teams, Product Marketing, and Field Marketing to identify target audiences, develop campaign strategies, orchestrate multi-channel programs, and measure business impact. The ideal candidate combines strong campaign strategy and execution expertise with deep knowledge of modern revenue marketing technologies, including AI-powered tools & agents, intent platforms, ABM solutions, CRM systems, and marketing automation technologies.

Job Responsibility

  • Own end-to-end revenue campaigns
  • Lead the strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns designed to generate pipeline and revenue
  • Build and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital, email, web, paid media, content syndication, events, SDR outreach, and ABM programs

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, ABM, revenue marketing, or integrated campaign management
  • Proven track record of building and executing campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes
  • Strong experience partnering directly with sales organizations and GTM leaders
  • Deep understanding of modern account-based marketing strategies and buyer-centric campaign design
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Salesforce, 6sense, Marketo, Clay, Sendoso, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and related marketing technologies
  • Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced SaaS or technology environment is highly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
