Job Description:

Senior Campaign Analytics & Data Science Consultant role at Wells Fargo's Consumer & Small Business Banking Marketing Analytics team, focusing on measuring marketing campaign success, providing data-driven insights, and developing actionable recommendations.

Job Responsibility:

Measure and quantify the success of CSBB Marketing campaigns
Communicate actionable insights and recommendations using data
Lead or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables
Review and analyze moderately complex, large structured and unstructured data sets
Independently analyze and resolve moderately complex issues
Execute analytical experiments and create innovative statistical techniques
Develop a deep understanding of technical systems and business processes
Interpret and analyze data using advanced analytics methods
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers

Requirements:

4+ years of data science experience
Master's degree or higher in a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, statistics, engineering, physics, economics, or computer science
1+ years of previous marketing campaign analytics experience
Strong analytical skills
Proficiency in SQL, Python / R, and other programming languages
Proficiency in Data visualization preferably with Tableau
Experience with large production data sets
Strong project management skills
Expertise in statistical testing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with technical systems and business processes extracting data driven insights
Hands-on experience of Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) and data warehousing
