To strengthen and professionalize our IT procurement landscape, we are looking for a Senior Buyer IT who will take strategic ownership of our global IT spend and play a key role in ensuring our IT environment is innovative, reliable and future-proof. In this senior role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies, leading complex negotiations, managing strategic supplier relationships and driving measurable value across all regions. You'll work closely with business and IT stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor on IT procurement topics. You will also manage and coach two IT buyers, ensuring alignment and operational excellence.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and own the global sourcing strategy for IT categories, aligned with business priorities and technology requirements
Lead sourcing and tendering processes for high-value IT solutions, software and services
Negotiate, implement and manage strategic supplier contracts to ensure performance, compliance and value creation
Build and maintain long-term supplier relationships with key vendors such as SAP, Microsoft, Autodesk, and Dassault
Manage and coach two buyers, providing guidance and contributing to their professional development
Partner cross-functionally with IT, Finance, Legal and other stakeholders to deliver optimal technological and commercial outcomes
Analyze spend, market developments and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost optimization and strategic value
Monitor and report on category and contract performance, ensuring governance and transparency
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field
8+ years of experience in procurement, including at least 3 years in IT category management or strategic sourcing
Proven ability to manage complex, high-value and global supplier portfolios
