You will supervise and support the Butler team, coordinating closely with other departments to deliver a consistently exceptional and personalised guest experience. Job Responsibility
Oversee the daily operation of Butler Services, ensuring seamless and personalised guest experiences
Ensure a consistent and integrated approach to pre‑arrival planning, in‑stay service and departure arrangements
Supervise and support the Butler team ensuring high performance and engagement
Coordinate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and other departments to deliver exceptional service
Lead guest engagement, ensuring personalised attention and anticipatory service at every touchpoint
Handle guest concerns with professionalism, discretion and a solution‑focused approach
Uphold and reinforce St. Regis brand standards, service rituals and luxury service excellence
Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, appearance and communication
Promote a safe and compliant working environment, adhering to all company policies and procedures
Take a hands‑on approach to supporting operations, ensuring service excellence in all aspects of the role
Requirements
Proven experience in a luxury hospitality or Butler service environment
Strong understanding of personalised, anticipatory guest service
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a polished and confident presence
Ability to supervise and support a team while maintaining high service standards
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
Calm and professional approach in high‑pressure or complex situations
Strong collaboration skills across multiple departments
A passion for creating meaningful and memorable guest experiences
Physical capability to carry out operational duties as required
