Serve as a strategic partner across our revenue organization, helping expand and scale our Value Consulting program while contributing to its next phase of evolution. Take meaningful ownership in advancing our frameworks, tools, and operating models, helping shape how Webflow communicates and quantifies business value for prospects and customers. Play a key role in strategic deal cycles, collaborate cross functionally to elevate value based selling, and identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and new methodologies to scale our impact.
Job Responsibility:
Lead strategic value based engagements for Webflow’s largest and most complex sales pursuits, including developing and presenting business cases to executive stakeholders
Build and enhance ROI models, total cost of ownership analyses, and business case assets that help prospects quantify the value of Webflow and support strategic deal cycles
Develop tailored industry and persona-based insights that strengthen business case development, value messaging, and executive storytelling
Partner closely with Sales, Solution Engineering, Customer Success, and cross functional teams to elevate value based selling, including developing and enhancing value oriented discovery methods that help teams surface customer pain points and connect them to measurable outcomes
Contribute to customer value insights, benchmarks, and outcome validation that reinforce Webflow’s business impact across renewal and expansion motions
Advance value consulting methodologies by identifying opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and scaled tooling while evolving frameworks, messaging, and data models
Ensure alignment with Product Marketing to maintain cohesive persona based value narratives and market positioning
Operate as a collaborative partner across the revenue organization, contributing to a culture of shared success and supporting teams in communicating Webflow’s business impact
Requirements:
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
3+ years in value consulting, management consulting, sales strategy, or a related role
Experience in SaaS, technology, or digital transformation is preferred
