Job Description

A public sector business application service agency is seeking two Senior Programmer Analysts (Level 3) to drive the end-to-end replacement and development of core infrastructure applications. One resource will be embedded as a core developer on a high-profile, internally developed Construction Management System (CMS). The second resource will act as a senior technical lead managing backfills across a broad portfolio of concurrent custom .NET and Oracle applications. This role demands an expert full-stack developer who can build highly stable database structures while strictly adhering to internal design standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of total IM/IT sector experience
  • Minimum 10 years of dedicated experience working as a VB.Net WinForm Programmer Analyst

  • 10 years of experience managing large projects/codebases within Visual Studio under strict version control
  • 10 years of experience reading complex database schemas and mapping table specifications
  • 7 years of hands-on experience developing and maintaining SSRS Reports
  • 3 years of experience working within and expanding upon formalized internal application frameworks/shared code templates
