Senior Business Strategist

• Lead projects with clients, starting from helping define a brief all the way through delivery
• Execute tools to support project development from an analytical perspective: e.g. Business intelligence tools
• Execute the design research process on projects which includes defining research goals, frame and design necessary research activities to help empathize with users to achieve those research goals -including Quantitative research
• Execute the business design process on projects which includes building creative/business modeling frameworks, brainstorming new businesses/service experience concepts, designing and visualize them in order to best communicate to the team and other stakeholders
• Inspire other members of the team with your unique approach, open-minded nature, team-first philosophy, collaborative mindset and dedicated work ethic. (“lead by the example”)
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with our client partners in order to ensure continued engagement for propelland
• Actively develop business for propelland through up and cross-selling existing clients or engaging in new relationships that are in line with the strategic goals
• By traveling, on-site and remotely, support other studios on their projects or work on global ones, helping define a brief to final delivery and actively working and providing input for overall quality, innovation and creative vision

• 10 + years of experience as a business consultant and or Business Intelligence, category/brand/industry grouper in an innovation consultancy agency, CPG company or similar
• Outstanding leadership skills to guide, motivate, and inspire teams across business goals and company vision
• Proficient in a variety of disciplines and methods: Process-oriented and methodic, Design Thinking, Human Centered Design, Agile methodologies, Other user research, ethnography, and discovery methods, Business Model Canvas, Quantitative research, Financial skills, Marketing skills (Marketing mix including Branding)
• High capacity to work with data and analytics to find patterns and design strong and well-supported models as well as proposals that solve client`s needs
• High proficiency in Excel and other numerical tools. e.g., Tableau, ThoughtSpot, etc.
• Strong communication skills, storytelling, pitch development, etc.
• Able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written skills in English and Spanish

Basic working knowledge of design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Keynote
