Job Description

The Senior Business Relationship Specialist will be a key commercial interface between the company and its strategic partners, customers, and stakeholders within the Italian electricity market. This role is responsible for cultivating and managing high-value relationships, driving commercial engagement, and supporting the origination and execution of energy solutions aligned with Italy’s regulatory framework and market dynamics. Leveraging deep market knowledge and strong stakeholder management skills, this position identifies growth opportunities, mitigates risks, and fosters collaboration to enhance customer satisfaction and support the company’s strategic expansion within Italy.

Job Responsibility

  • Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders across the Italian electricity market to support commercial growth and strategic positioning
  • Lead the origination & negotiation of RES aggregation agreements
  • Lead the origination & negotiation of BESS aggregation agreements
  • Lead the origination and negotiation of Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs)
  • Monitor regulatory developments, market trends, and competitor activity to identify new business & investment opportunities, particularly in the areas of flexible assets
  • Drive portfolio growth through closure of PPAs, RES, and BESS aggregation contracts
  • Identify Growth & Investment Opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Βusiness, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Italian Electricity Market, trading, origination, or contract management, preferably with exposure to PPAs and RES/BESS aggregation
  • Relevant certifications in energy markets, commercial negotiation
  • Fluency in English is required. Additional language skills are a plus
  • Solid understanding of energy market fundamentals
  • In-depth understanding of the Italian electricity market
