Job Description

Render’s next Senior Business Recruiter will play a critical role in scaling our Sales and General & Administrative (G&A) organizations as we continue to grow. You’ll partner closely with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, People, Legal, and Operations to hire exceptional talent that fuels Render’s growth and operational excellence. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting across these functions, act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, and help evolve how Render attracts, evaluates, and closes top business talent. You’ll join a small, high-impact recruiting team where you’ll influence hiring strategy, improve processes, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first touch through offer close.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for Business and G&A roles, partnering closely with senior leaders to define hiring needs, build pipelines, and close high-impact talent across multiple functions
  • Own searches across areas such as Sales, Customer Success, Finance, People, and Business Operations, with the ability to flex across roles and seniority levels
  • Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers to scope roles, define success criteria, and align on hiring bar, interview process, and decision-making
  • Serve as a thought partner to business leaders, providing market insights, compensation guidance, and recommendations on role design and leveling
  • Champion a world-class candidate experience, ensuring every interaction reflects Render’s values of empathy, clarity, and respect
  • Iterate on recruiting processes, interview frameworks, and documentation that scale as Render grows
  • Build diverse candidate pipelines and partner on inclusive hiring strategies across G&A functions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with People, Marketing, and Brand to strengthen Render’s employer brand and hiring identity

Requirements

  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth technology companies
  • Deep experience recruiting for administrative, sales, and business roles with a track record of hiring high-performing business talent
  • Ability to manage a wide variety of roles and stakeholders, from revenue-driving teams to operational and corporate functions
  • Strong consultative skills
  • comfortable influencing hiring decisions, aligning stakeholders, and navigating ambiguity
  • Proven ability to run complex searches, manage multiple pipelines, and deliver consistent hiring outcomes
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a candidate-first mindset
  • Empathetic, proactive partner to hiring managers
  • equally comfortable advising, coaching, and listening
