Job Description

The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Project Manager role involves leading the integration of Salesforce environments for two businesses post-acquisition. This remote position, ideally suited for candidates in the Raleigh Durham area, requires a minimum of a bachelor's degree.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the integration of Salesforce environments post-acquisition
  • Use Lean Six Sigma principles to document current processes and develop the integration roadmap
  • Develop and implement processes and technology aligned with a 5+ year vision
  • Navigate ambiguity and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Streamline complex processes and drive technology and process transformation
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
  • Train and mentor employees on Lean Six Sigma principles
  • Gather and analyze data to identify root causes of problems
  • Communicate project status and results to stakeholders
  • Stay updated on Lean Six Sigma best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in a related and highly regulated industry such as Healthcare, Finance, Pharmaceuticals, or Technology
  • 2+ years of experience in Lean Six Sigma running large-scale projects and cross-functional Kaizen events or Agile Project Management
  • Experience with Salesforce deployments, migrations, and/or integrations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Salesforce deployments, migrations, and integrations
  • Experience with Salesforce's custom applications
  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies

Nice to have

  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Agile Scrum Master Certification
  • Experience in using Lean Six Sigma in services spaces
  • Extensive knowledge of applications such as Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Power tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
