Job Description:

The Senior Business Process Analyst is a critical role responsible for mapping, analyzing, and optimizing business processes across the organization. This individual will work collaboratively with internal functions and client-facing teams to create clear, detailed, and actionable process documentation. The primary objectives are to analyze existing client workflows to design improved, future-state solutions that meet their true business needs. This is a foundational role for building a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct workshops, interviews, and sessions with subject matter experts to define 'as-is' business processes
Analyze existing workflows to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement
Create detailed, standardized process maps and workflow diagrams
Develop and maintain a central repository of process documentation
Collaborate with stakeholders to map out and document proposed 'to-be' processes
Facilitate process knowledge transfer to GSI partners
Prepare comprehensive 'process packages' for outsourcing
Work alongside Design teams and Project Managers to model client processes
Translate client pain points into concrete process requirements and future-state solution designs

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
6+ years of experience in a dedicated Business Process Analyst, Business Process Improvement, or similar role
Proven proficiency with process mapping tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Miro) and methodologies (e.g., BPMN, UML)
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Strong technical writing skills
Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Nice to have:

Certification in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt) or a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
Direct experience preparing processes for BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) or working with GSIs
Experience in a client-facing or consulting role
Familiarity with workflow automation technologies
