Job Description:

BAE Systems is looking for a dynamic self motivated individual, with business operations experience, to join our team as a Senior Business Operations Specialist providing support to the United States Army Europe-Africa's (USAREUR) with services for designing, building, implementing, and maintaining a knowledge management framework to provide end-users access to the SSMART TO’s intellectual capital.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support to the United States Army Europe-Africa's (USAREUR) with services for designing, building, implementing, and maintaining a knowledge management framework
  • Promote knowledge sharing between information users by managing correspondence, workflow, and content through the SSMARTT TO
  • Collect structured and unstructured data from both new and legacy systems and conduct appropriate analysis to support timely and accurate decision making
  • Streamline and unite the Government’s KM to receive three types of critical information: current status or maintenance
  • decision-focused information
  • and warnings to alert potential future challenges
  • Deliver, operate, and maintain all KM capabilities at scale for processes, procedures, and tools to create, receive, validate, maintain, catalog, store, update, and retrieve organizational information
  • May lead aspects of the program solution to achieve contract objectives, in coordination with the Program Manager
  • Define the overall solution approach used to meet the Systems Engineering Lifecycle requirements
  • Support the digital transformation and modernization of the Army’s underlying network and computer infrastructure

Requirements:

  • Minimum education and years of experience required: 12+ Years with HS
  • 10+ Years with AA
  • 8+ Years with BS
  • 6+ Years with MS
  • 4+ Years with PhD
  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience
  • May substitute equivalent experience, training and/or certifications for the degree
  • Relevant experience is job-related work that provides the necessary knowledge, skill, and abilities to perform in the role
  • Working knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Office
  • U.S. Person Required

  • Clearance Level - Must Currently Possess: Secret
