Realize your potential by joining the leading performance-driven advertising company! As a Senior Business Operations Manager on the Sales Operations team in our New York City Office, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our Enterprise Publisher & Advertiser Sales business. This role is responsible for scaling processes, systems, and insights that enable predictable, profitable growth across Enterprise sales motions. The ideal candidate is a senior individual contributor who operates comfortably at the intersection of strategy, execution, data, and AI/Automation, and acts as a trusted partner to Enterprise leadership.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the design and scaling of core Enterprise sales processes and operating models, translating business strategy into efficient, repeatable execution
  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize the Enterprise sales technology stack, including CRM, data enrichment, automation, analytics, and AI-assisted workflows
  • Serve as a trusted business operations partner to Enterprise leadership, shaping priorities, driving alignment, and enabling effective decision-making
  • Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that simplify workflows, improve productivity, and increase the effectiveness of Enterprise Publisher & Advertiser Sales teams
  • Own prioritization and execution of sales operations initiatives, exercising strong judgment to balance impact, effort, and stakeholder needs
  • Translate data into insight and action, delivering clear analysis, recommendations, and measurable business outcomes
  • Drive adoption and change management for new processes, tools, and automation—ensuring initiatives deliver sustained value, not just launch

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Business Operations, Sales Operations, or a related field, with experience supporting Enterprise sales organizations
  • Hands-on experience with modern sales and revenue tooling, including CRM systems, enrichment platforms, automation, and analytics
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact in fast-paced environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into decisions and execution plans
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across senior leadership and frontline teams
  • High ownership, sound judgment, and comfort operating in ambiguity as a senior individual contributor
