As a Senior Business Operations Manager on the Sales Operations team in our New York City Office, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our Enterprise Publisher & Advertiser Sales business. This role is responsible for scaling processes, systems, and insights that enable predictable, profitable growth across Enterprise sales motions. The ideal candidate is a senior individual contributor who operates comfortably at the intersection of strategy, execution, data, and AI/Automation, and acts as a trusted partner to Enterprise leadership.
Job Responsibility:
Own the design and scaling of core Enterprise sales processes and operating models, translating business strategy into efficient, repeatable execution
Evaluate, implement, and optimize the Enterprise sales technology stack, including CRM, data enrichment, automation, analytics, and AI-assisted workflows
Serve as a trusted business operations partner to Enterprise leadership, shaping priorities, driving alignment, and enabling effective decision-making
Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that simplify workflows, improve productivity, and increase the effectiveness of Enterprise Publisher & Advertiser Sales teams
Own prioritization and execution of sales operations initiatives, exercising strong judgment to balance impact, effort, and stakeholder needs
Translate data into insight and action, delivering clear analysis, recommendations, and measurable business outcomes
Drive adoption and change management for new processes, tools, and automation—ensuring initiatives deliver sustained value, not just launch
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in Business Operations, Sales Operations, or a related field, with experience supporting Enterprise sales organizations
Hands-on experience with modern sales and revenue tooling, including CRM systems, enrichment platforms, automation, and analytics
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact in fast-paced environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into decisions and execution plans
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across senior leadership and frontline teams
High ownership, sound judgment, and comfort operating in ambiguity as a senior individual contributor
