The Senior Business Operations Associate helps to implement processes and structure to ensure goal achievement and to help the department to run more smoothly. They are responsible for coordinating the execution of the day-to-day operations of a business (organization, department, area, function) to ensure that it runs effectively and efficiently. They also support the implementation of an effective rhythm of business both within the department and cross departments to achieve the shared objectives and mitigate key dependencies.
