Job Description

As a Business Operations Analyst, you will act as a cross-functional layer that keeps the different departments on the same page, with a focus on driving growth within our Digital Assets Capital Markets teams. In this role, you will collect data to identify the root cause of problems, measure performance against process requirements, and serve as a partner to the senior leadership at Figure through high-impact strategic projects and data analyses. We are looking for someone who is inquisitive and willing to jump in and contribute. Job Responsibility

  • Grow and develop Figure’s Digital Assets business through business planning, reporting, and strategic analysis
  • Develop executive reporting for pipeline management, process measurement, and identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities
  • Structure complex and ambiguous strategic problems for the Figure leadership team
  • Own critical components of budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Assist with external operational reporting (10-K / 10-Q)
  • Create reporting for internal stakeholders to track progress versus OKRs
  • Help develop and utilize frameworks to structure the team’s thinking, drive visibility, and facilitate alignment
  • Analyze large amounts of information and data quickly and effectively to reduce complexity and make actionable recommendations for Figure

Requirements

  • BA / BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or business operations at a high-growth company
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Intellectual curiosity and great data skills
  • Solid analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Passion to do whatever it takes to solve complex problems and build scalable processes
  • Comfort working in a high growth, constantly changing environment
  • Experience working sales teams
