Job Description

The Senior Business Manager to Senior Business Manager, Employee Experience is the dedicated owner of the Consumer Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) organization's people experience, responsible for how the team is onboarded, engaged, developed, and connected through leadership rhythms. The role treats culture and learning as business critical operating systems, applying the same discipline used to run core business rhythms: clear strategy, durable operating models, and consistent, high-quality execution. Critical to this role is the translation of cultural priorities into structured programs with measurable outcomes, ensuring onboarding is effective, engagement is intentional, learning is embedded into the flow of work, and leadership communications focused on these areas create clarity, energy, and connection across the organization. This role sits within the Consumer CMO Chief of Staff team and operates as a close extension of the executive office. Success depends on tight partnership with Communications, Human Resources (HR), and People partners, and consistent collaboration with leadership to deliver a cohesive, high impact employee experience.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 6+ years experience in operations management, strategy, project management, program management, culture/community building or business-related roles OR equivalent experience
