Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Lead who thrives at the intersection of technical architecture and business strategy. This is a high-visibility role where you won't just be managing data—you will be building the decision-making engine for Clark’s large-scale enterprise. As the lead technical expert for Clark’s Enterprise Data and Analytics ecosystem, you will have the autonomy to elicit requirements directly from senior executives, architect backend models, and deliver sophisticated analytics that directly impact our operational efficiency.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the full analytics lifecycle
  • Design and maintain robust, scalable data models in Snowflake
  • Develop advanced analytics for project-based environments, including such as supply chain & commodity tracking, project performance data, subcontractor performance and selection, and more
  • Serve as a technical expert, providing guidance to junior developers and establishing best-in-class standards for DAX, SQL, and Power BI governance

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or relevant field
  • Deep experience with Snowflake development, including advanced SQL, data warehousing best practices, and performance tuning for large datasets
  • Mastery of DAX and Power Query
  • Experience in Construction, Engineering, or Consulting is highly valued
