Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst (Senior Business Execution Consultant) to support our Collateral Management Field Services Team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the design and development of advanced dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to support strategic decision-making across the Collateral Management function in the Commercial Bank
  • Analyze complex datasets to uncover actionable insights, identify trends and anomalies, and drive business performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data solutions, automate reporting processes, and ensure data integrity across platforms
  • Present findings to senior stakeholders, lead initiatives focused on operational efficiency, automation, and risk mitigation
  • Provide subject matter expertise on system enhancements and data-related projects
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to support business decision-making
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement
  • Perform ad-hoc data analysis to answer key business questions and support strategic initiatives
  • Automate recurring reports and optimize existing reporting processes for efficiency and scalability
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across all reporting platforms
  • Present findings in a clear and compelling manner to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Lead initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity for the organization
  • Lead process improvement initiatives aimed at operational excellence, automation, and/or risk mitigation
  • Provide subject matter expertise, testing, and design input for FSG systems related projects
  • Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
  • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
  • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Experience creating reports, analyzing data, and presenting results to leadership
  • Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, and Excel (including advanced formulas and pivot tables)
  • Advanced understanding of floorplan financing and collateral management operations, policies, procedures, and systems
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels
