Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst (Senior Business Execution Consultant) to support our Collateral Management Field Services Team.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the design and development of advanced dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to support strategic decision-making across the Collateral Management function in the Commercial Bank
Analyze complex datasets to uncover actionable insights, identify trends and anomalies, and drive business performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data solutions, automate reporting processes, and ensure data integrity across platforms
Present findings to senior stakeholders, lead initiatives focused on operational efficiency, automation, and risk mitigation
Provide subject matter expertise on system enhancements and data-related projects
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to support business decision-making
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement
Perform ad-hoc data analysis to answer key business questions and support strategic initiatives
Automate recurring reports and optimize existing reporting processes for efficiency and scalability
Ensure data integrity and consistency across all reporting platforms
Present findings in a clear and compelling manner to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Lead initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity for the organization
Lead process improvement initiatives aimed at operational excellence, automation, and/or risk mitigation
Provide subject matter expertise, testing, and design input for FSG systems related projects
Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners

Requirements:

4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Experience creating reports, analyzing data, and presenting results to leadership
Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, and Excel (including advanced formulas and pivot tables)
Advanced understanding of floorplan financing and collateral management operations, policies, procedures, and systems
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels
where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
Ability to work independently, organizing and managing multiple priorities
Experience leading and managing cross-functional projects
Demonstrated experience with process improvement and simplification
