Requirements:
Lean Leadership (LCS 1C) or Six Sigma Green Belt qualification
Proven track record of driving process improvements within a fast-paced, customer-centric service environment
Master of commercial acumen
Ability to translate complex data into compelling business cases
Natural gravitas to influence cross-functional teams and external partners
Decisive leader who moves with speed to cut through complexity and deliver tangible value
