Senior Business Execution Consultant

• Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
• Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management
• Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives
• Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
• Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives
• Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
• Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs
• Serve as a trusted advisor to IMU delivery teams
• Partner with senior leaders to align MSS services with business needs
• Lead the development of business cases to translate strategic concepts into actionable programs
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors
• Oversee internal and external invoice processing
• Provide leadership across the full lifecycle of strategic initiatives
• Identify risks associated with change initiatives and develop mitigation strategies
• Drive process improvements aligned with IMU's strategic goals
• Monitor Stakeholder Engagement & Performance Management
• Collaborate with functional leaders to secure resources and influence outcomes
• Develop and track performance metrics for programs, services, and initiatives
• Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations
• Facilitate decision-making and broker agreements across diverse stakeholder groups

• 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
• Experience leading large-scale, cross-enterprise programs and change initiatives
• Analytical, strategic thinking, and business consulting skills
• Experience working with enterprise functions in a financial services company such as HR, Technology, Finance, and Shared Services Operations
• Ability to develop and maintain working relationships across major business divisions
• Experience working with top-tier management consulting firms
• Experience managing 3rd party vendor relationships
• Executive presence with the ability to manage complexity and influence senior leadership
• Experience communicating complex information clearly and persuasively across all levels
• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization and foster collaborative environments
• Exceptional listening, facilitation, and relationship management skills
• Ability to prioritize, manage multiple initiatives, and perform under pressure in a dynamic environment
• Advanced verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
