Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant in our Corporate and Investment Banking group. This role covers jobs responsible for developing, implementing, and executing business initiatives and programs, as well as serving as advocates for Wells Fargo's vision and business plans across business groups. The individual in this position will play an integral role in assisting the Debt Capital Markets (DCM) – Deal Teams with the closing/settlement process which allows those teams to focus on relevant items not related to operational issues (both before and after the closing).

Job Responsibility:

Provide coordination with the front office and back office
Manage closing conference calls with deal teams to review closing requirements and funds flow
Communicate with Sales & Distribution and Corporate and Investment Banking teams
Synchronize post-bank meeting and pre-closing activities
Complete post-closing requirements/responsibilities
Prepare documents/memos for distribution to DCM colleagues and other internal constituents
Continuously and proactively increase product knowledge
Monitor pipelines, track transaction fees/recent issuances and assist with various administrative support task and systems updates
Assist the Deal Execution Team manager with the documentation process needed for evaluating and implementing process improvement projects

Requirements:

4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Experience supporting Debt Capital Markets (DCM) Deal Teams
Ability to prioritize and work effectively, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a complex dynamic fast-paced team environment across all organizational levels
Good attention to detail and accuracy skills
A BS/BA degree or higher
Proficient with using SalesForce
2+ years of financial services industry experience
Lending experience

Nice to have:
