Job Description:

This role is within the I&P CIB Front Office COO Business Solution and Enablement group focused on building products for various business lines within CIB. The incumbent would be required to take the role of a solution consultant/product owner and would be responsible for execution and delivery of product roadmap within the bank, tracking and reporting delivery schedules, timelines and derailers.

Job Responsibility:

Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups
Contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions
Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives
Work independently to make recommendations for support function
Assist in planning and execution of programs and initiatives
Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans
Provide leadership in management of relationships
Execute end-to-end delivery of deliverables
Work with technology and business stakeholders
Run respective scrums
Participate in global team discussions and projects

Requirements:

4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
Understanding of business requirements, goals and objectives
Ability to breakdown complex projects into capabilities, features, and user stories
Domain knowledge on CIB business model, and lending products & lifecycle
Knowledgeable of Agile JIRA framework, Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel
Experience with business process analysis
Defining, refining user stories
Maintaining healthy backlog of items
Active participation in agile ceremonies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with solution design and delivery, requirements elicitation, product management
Banking and Finance Domain Exposure
Min 5 years' experience with Lending Application Suites (nCino Loan Platform, LoanIQ, ACBS, Axiom SL, Global Payments)
Familiarity with workflow tools like ServiceNow and JIRA
Familiarity with Tableau/Power BI
Knowledge of system testing methodologies, test script management and execution
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Experience in identifying and driving process improvements
MBA/equivalent advanced degree
