Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to lead support functions for multiple business groups, contribute to strategic initiatives, and ensure operational efficiency. The role involves research, planning, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibility:

Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups
Contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions
Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives
Work independently to make recommendations for support function
Assist in planning and execution of programs and initiatives
Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans
Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs

Requirements:

4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
Experience managing maintenance/enhancement of Power Apps workflows
Design & create Power BI reports & Dashboards
Strong technology background with good understanding of system interactions
Strong project management, communication, and marketing skills
Experience with product management for complex/diverse major product line(s)/services
Ability to work with leaders, stakeholders, SMEs, and delivery teams
Experience driving requirements and incorporating product expertise
Ability to review requirements and build test scenarios/test scripts independently
Experience with testing coordination and defect reporting
Ability to inspect pre-release progress and ensure timelines are met
Experience managing cross-functional dependencies
Experience enhancing/monitoring key performance indicators
