Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant who will support multiple groups, contribute to large scale strategic initiatives, and engage with different business areas to develop and implement long-term strategies, policies, and process advancements. The candidate will collaborate with business partners, team leaders, and stakeholders while managing relationships and ensuring execution of programs and initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

support multiple groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives requiring analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and business execution, and understanding of international business
work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives
work on multiple business functional areas with focus on implementing and delivering long-term strategies, policies, and process advancements
collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
provide input into communication routines with stakeholders, business partners, and experienced leaders
engage with all levels of professionals and managers across organization

Requirements:

4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience in Banking Industry with work exposure to senior leadership, or equivalent
influencing large teams with multiple stakeholders, strategic thinking, framework driven roadmaps, knowledge about data driven decisioning
good to have: Python, Power BI, Tableau
excellent PowerPoint story boarding, MS Excel advanced levels
excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas in a concise and clear fashion
ability to effectively communicate information to a variety of audiences
