Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to lead support functions for multiple business groups, contribute to strategic initiatives, ensure operational efficiency, and provide risk management support through training, procedures, and RCSA support.

Job Responsibility:

Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups
Contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions
Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives
Assist in planning and execution of programs and initiatives including risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
Collaborate with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs
Provide Training, Procedures and RCSA/Risk Support
Manage risk management by supporting decentralized effort on training, procedures, and Risk support for each function within CIBLO

Requirements:

4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
4+ years of experience in Risk management, Control management, RCSA/risk support
4+ years of experience in automation or executing projects using Power BI and Python
Experience in providing Training, Procedures and RCSA/Risk Support
Experience in risk and control management by supporting decentralized effort on training, procedures, and Risk support for each function within CIBLO
