Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to support the Strategic Transformation Program within Consumer and Small Business Banking Operations (CSBBO). This role supports the Contact Center Modernization (CCM) Program, a transformative enterprise initiative aimed at reimagining customer service across all contact center channels by implementing Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platform.

Job Responsibility:

  • Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate with product, technology, controls, and testing teams
  • Executive Reporting: Prepare materials for Wave Business Reviews and initiative scorecards
  • Governance & Risk Management: Maintain risk, decision, and action logs
  • Leadership Support: Work under the direction of the Wave Business Lead
  • Operational Execution: Support planning and execution of migration activities
  • Post-Migration Support: Assist in Command Center planning and Day 2 transition activities
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with Line of Business stakeholders
  • Standardization: Support development of standardized processes and templates

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
  • Advanced analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Advanced experience consolidating large amounts of project status information
  • Advanced organizational and prioritizing skills with high attention to detail
  • Demonstrated experience driving organizational change and process efficiency
  • Demonstrated experience in compliance, governance, and risk
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Professional presence and integrity in interactions across all levels
  • Extensive financial services project management experience leading complex, enterprise-level initiatives
  • Experience supporting call center (contact center) operational processes
  • Advanced Microsoft Office and SharePoint skills
