Senior Business Execution Consultant

• Independently manage and execute assigned initiatives from planning through delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines
• Partner with initiative leads to support the execution of complex, cross-functional projects, contributing to planning, tracking, and reporting
• Take full ownership of key project deliverables, ensuring high-quality outputs and timely completion
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across business units to ensure alignment, remove roadblocks, and drive progress
• Work closely with initiative leads to understand strategic priorities and translate them into actionable execution plans
• Identify potential risks and issues early, and proactively develop mitigation strategies
• Monitor initiative performance against goals and KPIs, providing regular updates and insights to leadership

4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with minimal supervision
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels
• Experience working in a matrixed or cross-functional environment
