Job Description:

Wells Fargo seeks a Senior Business Execution Consultant for the Operational Excellence Team in Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) Lending Operations. This role involves leading transformation initiatives, optimizing processes, and analyzing operating models to achieve business efficiency. The candidate will support diverse teams and deliver strategic solutions while improving risk management and business performance.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the strategy and resolution of complex transformation initiatives
Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of business
Support cross functional teams using business expertise and provide guidance
Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives
Create recommendations to improve strategic approaches and business performance
Assist in planning and execution of programs focusing on risk mitigation, efficiency, and client experience
Drive the implementation of significant business solutions
Collaborate and consult with peers and leadership

Requirements:

4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
4+ years of Commercial Banking, Corporate & Investment Banking and/or Lending Operations experience
4+ years of Project and/or Change Management experience
Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail
Strong ability to work independently and effectively interact with process owners and business partners
Experience in identifying root cause(s) of issues and developing solutions
Organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple priorities
Proven and demonstrated leadership skills including relationship building and negotiation
Facilitation skills to broker agreements among differing priorities
Ability to develop operational reporting and perform complex data analysis
Successful completion of certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Agile or Design Thinking
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
