Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives. The role involves ensuring efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations.

Job Responsibility:

Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management
Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives
Work independently to make recommendations for support function
Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives
Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs
Develop, support and modify technical functional solutions that support operations for CRE Business suite
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges
Design and develop Python-based applications to automate business processes
Develop custom Python scripts to analyze data, identify trends, and generate insights
Translate complex business problems into actionable data-driven solutions
Build statistical models and predictive algorithms to support decision-making
Identify opportunities and strategies for process improvement and risk control development

Requirements:

4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
Proficient in Python programming with strong knowledge of data manipulation libraries (Pandas, NumPy)
Understanding of latest trends in AI/GenAI and building proof of concept using new solutions
Experience with data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn)
Working knowledge of developing projects using VBA
Familiarity with SQL databases and data warehousing concepts
Strong analytical and technical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously
Ability to influence across all organizational levels
A high level of comfort working with ambiguity or uncertainty
Proven track record of applying data analytics to solve business problems
Prior experience in consulting or business analysis roles
Develop dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate insights
AI & LLM Integration: Design and deploy AI models
Agentic AI Systems: Develop autonomous agents
SML Applications: Build and validate statistical models
Prompt Engineering & RAG: Fine-tune prompts
Compliance & Governance: Collaborate with AI SWAT and risk committees
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with IT, data science, and business teams
Experience working in a large financial services company, preferably with Commercial Real Estate
Extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets using Python libraries
Working project knowledge on AI, LLM, SML, Agents
Knowledge and understanding of data visualization & reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Python)
Expert or Advanced level Microsoft Office skills
Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Exceptional execution, project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills

Nice to have:

Experience working in a large financial services company, preferably with Commercial Real Estate
Prior experience in consulting or business analysis roles
