Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant (Product Owner) within the CIB Front Office Business Solution and Enablement group, responsible for execution and delivery of product roadmaps, risk and control framework reviews, and collaborating with stakeholders globally. Candidates will work in hybrid settings with flexible shift timings and support global operations.

Job Responsibility:

Be responsible for execution & delivery of workflow automation products, maintenance & reporting of key SLA's, including but not limited to changes in delivery timelines, scope creep, bottlenecks, risk and control framework reviews, capacity, key performance metrics and quarterbacking critical projects/programs
Direct engagement with senior leaders across global COO teams and partner with them to drive solutions designed to improve processes, controls, and regulatory/risk compliance across various risk, automation, surveillance & quality assurance functions
Collaborate on change initiatives across the division in a seamless manner, collaborating with global stakeholders
Facilitate discussions with leaders and subject matter experts to investigate and solve complex problems
Assess, review, manage and mitigate risk by measuring key risk indicators (KRIs) through developing and maintaining the key metrics to help teams improve throughput while reducing risk

Requirements:

MBA/equivalent advanced degree, or equivalent experience
7+ years of experience with solution design and delivery, requirements elicitation experience, product management experience
Banking and Finance Domain Exposure
Min 5 years’ experience with PowerApps (ideally in corporate banking environment)
Familiarity with workflow tools like ServiceNow and JIRA
Familiarity with Tableau/Power BI to extract reports
Knowledge of system testing methodologies, test script management and execution, UAT testing experience for enterprise scale systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, portray great levels of accountability and attention to detail
Candidates should be able to work effectively in a demanding, fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple tasks and projects concurrently, while maintaining quality, accuracy and integrity
Candidates should have experience presenting information to persuade, educate, and enhance understanding at all levels with the ability to develop and negotiate solutions with partners or clients including escalations as needed
Candidates should be able to work in a global team, interact at different levels and handle a wide range of deliverables with varying levels of complexities with focus on execution and result
Advanced Microsoft Office skills to create persuasive PowerPoint presentations
Strong analytical skills leveraging Microsoft Excel/Access
Experience in identifying and driving process improvements in complex environments
Ability to effectively multi-task and successfully work on several unrelated projects at the same time
