Job Description:

This position plays a key role in supporting change by creating practical tools, training, and content that make transition smooth for teams. The role is part of Wells Fargo's Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) team, an integrated, forward-looking product organization with end-to-end payments, data, liquidity and associated lending solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives
Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives
Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs

Requirements:

4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
Experience with instructional design and e-learning development tools, particularly Articulate
Proficiency in content design, including structuring information for clarity and usability across digital platforms
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
Strong ability to translate complex processes into engaging and easy-to-use learning materials and quick reference guides
Experience developing and maintaining SharePoint content for team collaboration and knowledge sharing
Solid understanding of Treasury Management products and services
