Senior Business Execution Consultant

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant who is a fully qualified, seasoned professional responsible for independently leading complex business execution initiatives with increased scope, impact, and decision‑making authority. The Senior Business Execution Consultant independently leads complex business execution initiatives and will be part of the Wells Fargo Meetings & Events (WFME) team. This role operates with minimal supervision, applying sound judgment while managing initiatives with moderate to high risk, visibility, and impact. As a consultative partner to business and functional stakeholders, the role translates strategic direction into executed solutions, drives process improvements, and supports efforts that enhance operational effectiveness, risk management, and customer experience. The position also supports the adoption and optimization of event technology, digital tools, and scalable ways of working across the WFME team. The Senior Business Execution Consultant serves as a subject matter expert, applying knowledge of event operations, digital platforms, and governance requirements to resolve complex issues and deliver sustainable outcomes.
