Job Description:

The Markets division within Corporate and Investment Banking is seeking a strategic and technically skilled professional to join our Corporate & Investment Banking Enablement team, specializing in human capital analytics. This role will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) that quantify workforce effectiveness and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
  • ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management
  • research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives
  • provide support and leadership in planning and execution of programs
  • collaborate with team leaders in developing project plans, policies, and procedures
  • collect, validate, and interpret data related to talent acquisition, retention, diversity, performance, and development
  • identify trends and insights to support data-driven decision-making
  • build and maintain reporting dashboards
  • translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
  • monitor performance of existing KPIs and dashboards
  • recommend enhancements and new metrics for workforce analytics

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4+ years in one or a combination of the following: human resources, Talent or Leadership Development, or strategic planning in financial services demonstrated through work or military experience
  • strong understanding of workforce data
  • ability to translate complex metrics into meaningful visualizations
  • passion for continuous improvement
  • intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
  • hands-on experience with tools like Power BI, Tableau and Alteryx
  • knowledge of SharePoint suite with power platform tools can be a plus
  • ability to manage multiple priorities and projects while meeting deadlines

Nice to have:

  • experience in talent development or other human resources discipline
  • experience building dashboards
  • experience effectively communicating with leadership
  • knowledge of development, engagement and recruiting best practices and industry trends
  • strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
