Job Description:

The Markets division within Corporate and Investment Banking is seeking a strategic and technically skilled professional to join our Corporate & Investment Banking Enablement team, specializing in human capital analytics. This role will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) that quantify workforce effectiveness and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Job Responsibility:

lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management
research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives
provide support and leadership in planning and execution of programs
collaborate with team leaders in developing project plans, policies, and procedures
collect, validate, and interpret data related to talent acquisition, retention, diversity, performance, and development
identify trends and insights to support data-driven decision-making
build and maintain reporting dashboards
translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
monitor performance of existing KPIs and dashboards
recommend enhancements and new metrics for workforce analytics

Requirements:

4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
4+ years in one or a combination of the following: human resources, Talent or Leadership Development, or strategic planning in financial services demonstrated through work or military experience
strong understanding of workforce data
ability to translate complex metrics into meaningful visualizations
passion for continuous improvement
intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
hands-on experience with tools like Power BI, Tableau and Alteryx
knowledge of SharePoint suite with power platform tools can be a plus
ability to manage multiple priorities and projects while meeting deadlines

Nice to have:

experience in talent development or other human resources discipline
experience building dashboards
experience effectively communicating with leadership
knowledge of development, engagement and recruiting best practices and industry trends
strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
