Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to lead support functions, contribute to strategic initiatives, and provide analytical insights for Network Management with focus on cash and securities markets.

Job Responsibility:

Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups
Contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions
Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives
Assist in planning and execution of programs and initiatives
Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs
Managing and leading the EFIA Centre of Excellence team efforts
Provide analytical insights for the entire Network Management
Assist in Control and Regulations
Develop a capability center to analyze volumes and costs of each EFIA
Help enhance efficiency of process and monitoring framework
Assist with preparation and review of Requests for Proposal
Work closely with Head of Network Management to deliver ongoing projects

Requirements:

4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
Overall experience of 12+ years in Banking domain
Minimum 4+ years' experience within Global Custodian, Broker-Dealer or Network Management areas covering Payments, Cash Management and securities industry
Minimum 3+ years of People Management/Team Handling experience
Detailed knowledge on SWIFT, Securities Products and clearing and settlement practices
Experience in provider service due diligence and monitoring
Strong communication and presentation skills
Project management experience
Excellent analytical skills, problem solving and process re-engineering skills
Competent in SWIFT and Reconciliation framework
Good knowledge on Excel and PowerBI tool
Ability to work in flexible shifts (UK or US times)

Nice to have:

Ability to drive efficiency (cost savings or avoidance)
