Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a business execution consultant that will support the critical function of overseeing change control adherence for the Auto Lending Product Development organization. The role will inspect for adherence to processes, report on the results, provide coaching on opportunities, act as a subject matter expert for the processes and tool.

Job Responsibility:

Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups
Contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions
Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives
Assist in planning and execution of programs and initiatives
Collaborate with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
Provide leadership in management of relationships
Inspect systems of record for adherence to processes
Review change management artifacts for quality and completeness
Identify ways to improve efficiencies while maintaining risk mitigation
Proactively identify trends and develop suggestions for higher performance

Requirements:

4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
Understanding of change management lifecycle
Prior hands on experience executing and/or monitoring controls
Ability to coach others outside of direct team to drive adherence
