Senior Business Execution Consultant - Securities Operations Product and Strategic Delivery

• Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
• Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
• Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
• Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
• Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
• Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
• Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners

4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

• Operations knowledge and experience in Securities Operations / Broker Dealer processes, including exposure to Securities Processing platforms and applications like Broadridge or DTCC
• Demonstrated understanding of end to end trade lifecycle workflows, operational touchpoints, and control frameworks
• Diverse background across Operations, Project / Program Management, Data Analysis, and Strategic Planning
• Experience supporting or contributing to large scale transformation initiatives, including operating model enhancements and platform or process modernization
• Experience working with Operations leadership, Technology teams, and support functions to assess regulatory, industry, and internal obligations, and translating them into executable delivery plans
• Experience in scope definition, business case development, and risk analysis, including identification of operational and execution risks
• Provide leadership in managing stakeholder relationships and driving execution of programs, services, and initiatives with global, cross functional business partners
• Demonstrate strong communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders across regions, ensuring clarity of objectives, progress, risks, and outcomes
• Exceptional relationship‑building skills, with the ability to collaborate, negotiate, and influence decision‑making across teams and leadership levels
• Ability to exercise independent judgment, critical thinking, and problem‑solving in complex operational environments
• Strong ability to prioritize work, manage competing demands, and meet deadlines in a matrixed and dynamic global organization
• Advanced organizational skills, with high attention to detail, diligence, and accuracy
• Advanced verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with demonstrated experience creating concise, executive‑level communications for senior leaders
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
