Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant in Payments Operations. This group is part of Global Operations within the Chief Operating Office (COO).

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
  • Leverage data analytics to drive process automation and improvements
  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
  • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
  • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years of experience designing automation and analytic solutions
  • Knowledge and understanding of Money Movement/Payments processes
  • Experience building and editing Power Apps canvas and model driven apps, designing forms, applying Power Fx functions, managing collections, and working across multiple environments
  • Experience designing, testing, and deploying Power Automate flows including automated notifications and group email distributions
  • Experience creating and editing SharePoint sites and lists, modifying list settings and permissions, and connecting SharePoint lists to Excel
  • Ability to integrate SharePoint and Power Apps for form customization and process automation
  • Experience creating data models and interactive reports and dashboards in Power BI
  • Experience developing charts and dashboards in Tableau and optimizing for performance and usability
  • Experience creating, triaging, and analyzing requests in Jira and building filters or basic dashboards for reporting
  • Knowledge of Excel macros and VBA for automation
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Experience with solution lifecycle practices including version control, environment strategy, and promotion from development to test to production
  • Knowledge of roles, permissions, and data loss prevention policies to support security and compliance
  • Experience creating applications in Visual Studio
  • Knowledge of C++, JavaScript, Python, and Power Fx
  • Ability to self-manage initiatives including defining approaches, deliverables, communication plans, and driving progress
  • Ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience
  • Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas
