Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to join the Shared Service Operations Quality Assurance Group supporting Financial Crimes team initiatives. This role involves contributing to large-scale strategic initiatives and ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness of solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Lead support functions and operations across multiple business groups
Ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness of solutions
Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives
Assist in planning and executing various programs and initiatives
Collaborate with team leaders to develop project plans, policies, and procedures
Act as a Citizen Developer/Technical Super User to build and support operational workflows
Define and implement operational playbooks and processes
Track and report on requests, issues, defects, and performance metrics
Facilitate team meetings, steering committees, and cross-functional collaboration
Provide strategic advisory to senior leadership and key stakeholders

Requirements:

4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
Experience in risk management, audit, RCSA, and regulatory compliance
Advanced proficiency in reporting and data visualization (PowerBI, Tableau)
Technical expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint), SQL, Alteryx
Solid understanding of banking operations and systems (e.g., QTT, Indigo, Cornerstone)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Project management experience (3+ years preferred)
Ability to work independently and identify opportunities for improvement

Nice to have:

Willingness to learn new technologies, including HTML
Experience presenting to senior leaders
Track record of collaborating across lines of business
