Job Description:

We are looking for (Senior) Business Designers / Enterprise (IT) Architects to strengthen our Business Design Team in the Netherlands. Our team is involved in challenging projects requiring organizational design specialisms, from strategic business operating models to technology strategy and underlying IT architectures.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work closely with clients in innovative, integrated business, IT and cultural change processes
  • Play leading role in managing stakeholders and supporting/managing organizational change
  • Contribute to sales initiatives and Thought Leadership
  • Help acquire new assignments and clients
  • Expand existing clients
  • Grow own career at PA

Requirements:

  • Solid (consulting) experience in working with clients and shaping solutions
  • Active network in Financial/Professional Services, Manufacturing and/or the public sector – at least 5 to 7 years
  • High-level interlocutor in business and technology architecture concepts
  • Familiar with latest standards in Customer Experience platforms, Integration platforms, Rapid Application Development frameworks, Digital Marketing/Automation, Customer and Data Analytics, and Data Driven ways of working
  • Clear vision of future trends in digital/technology and their impact on organizations
  • Skill to create, review and bring together end-to-end architecture within business, application, data and infrastructure architecture domains
  • Experience designing and defining IT strategy and business architecture (background of MSc/MBA in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant study)
  • Experience working with client teams to diagnose issues and develop, design and deliver solutions
  • Able to develop and provide a vision on projects and translate into concrete actions
  • Proven experience as an Enterprise, Domain and/or Solution Architect
  • Experience in modelling business processes
  • Experience as a Scrum Master
  • Strong intellectual and analytical skills
  • Strong customer focus, ambitious, enterprising and collegial
  • Above average presentation, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in Dutch and English)
  • Proactive attitude
