We are looking for a Senior Business Development Representative based in Colombia to support both new business development and account management activities. This role requires direct, ongoing interaction with C-level and management-level executives at B2B companies in English-speaking markets. You will represent DevSavant in commercial conversations, discovery calls, and relationship management with senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate is commercially driven, confident communicating in English at a professional level, and experienced in managing high-touch B2B relationships.
Job Responsibility:
Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities with B2B SaaS companies in the US and other English-speaking markets
Lead and support discovery calls with founders, CEOs, CTOs, and senior decision-makers
Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive-level stakeholders
Support outbound and inbound sales efforts, including qualification and early-stage deal development
Assist in building partnerships with complementary companies, platforms, and ecosystems
Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with DevSavant’s service offerings
Manage a portfolio of existing client accounts, acting as the primary commercial point of contact
Maintain regular communication with C-level and management-level stakeholders at client organizations
Understand client goals, priorities, and staffing needs to identify expansion and upsell opportunities
Coordinate with recruiting, delivery, and operations teams to ensure a strong client experience and retention
Support commercial discussions, and ongoing account health initiatives
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience working directly with C-level and management-level executives at B2B companies
Proven experience engaging with stakeholders in English-speaking markets (US, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.)
5 to 8 years of experience in account management, sales, customer success, or business development
Strong, professional English communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfortable leading commercial conversations with senior decision-makers
Experience in B2B SaaS, technology services, or professional services environments
Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple accounts and opportunities simultaneously
Commercial mindset with a strong focus on relationship building and long-term value
Nice to have:
Experience in staff augmentation, recruiting, outsourcing, or nearshore services
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines
High-level understanding of technical roles such as engineering, data, or product
