We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established global logistics company with 20+ years in international freight that has been aggressively building out its domestic division — and it's growing fast.\n\nThis is a pure new business role: you'll be targeting U.S. shippers, owning your pipeline from cold outreach through close across FTL, LTL, and intermodal. No inherited accounts. No account management. Full ownership.\n\nThey work in a high-energy, loud, competitive sales floor. This is a team that tracks activity, celebrates wins publicly, and pushes each other. If you prefer something quieter or more structured, this one isn't the right fit. Job Responsibility

  • Targeting U.S. shippers
  • Owning pipeline from cold outreach through close across FTL, LTL, and intermodal

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of domestic freight sales experience
  • 3PL or brokerage background (not freight forwarding)
  • Shipper-facing sales — not carrier-side
  • FTL / LTL / intermodal experience
  • Proven new logo hunter with high prospecting activity
  • Someone who thrives on a competitive floor

  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline across international markets (USA, North America, Europe, Australia, Middle East)
  • Sell our engagement models with confidence Fixed Price, Dedicated Team, Hourly/Agile, and Maintenance & Support and recommend the right fit per client
  • Lead discovery and solution conversations with founders, CTOs, product heads, and procurement teams

  • Prepare and present proposals, SOWs, and commercial terms
