A well established financial services business is looking to appoint a Senior Business Development Manager to support continued growth across enterprise retail partnerships. This is a senior individual contributor role with responsibility for identifying, winning and onboarding high value partnerships within a regulated credit environment.
Job Responsibility:
Identifying, winning and onboarding high value partnerships within a regulated credit environment
Owning the full sales cycle, from developing prospect strategies and initiating conversations through to negotiation, onboarding and long term relationship development
Building strong sector knowledge
Managing complex enterprise sales processes including RFPs
Creating compelling commercial propositions that clearly articulate value and differentiation
Contributing to wider commercial and go to market activity, supporting the evolution of the organisation’s offering
Requirements:
Experienced business development professional with a proven track record of exceeding targets within a similar or closely aligned industry, such as financial services, consumer finance, POS finance, payments or another regulated B2B environment
Commercially astute
Confident engaging senior decision makers
Comfortable navigating complex sales cycles
A proactive approach to building new pipelines
Experience operating within a regulated framework is essential
