Job Responsibility:
New product/technology introduction (R&D/pilot Line)
Analyze customer’s roadmap and align with ASML solutions to meet customer’s needs
N+1: Align BL and customer on tool and configuration
N+2: Align BL and customer on node requirement definition
N+3: Align BL and customer on research needs with ASML longer-term roadmap
Contribute VPA creation (N+1 negotiation and closure)
Support commercial team to close N+1 biz deal by delivering agreed tool/configuration
Deliver value analysis with competitive position by delivering committed performance
Lead VPA execution (Volume ramp-up)
Re-align required configuration change for specific HVM requirement
Confirm actual product value is realized as sold (Re-align on value of delivered items)
Plan and realize upgrade TAM/SAM for annual revenue target setting
Lead IB biz opportunities plan and drive evaluations toward closure with BL and CS
Aligns and support IB upgrade/option execution plan with site AM
Support commercial team to close IB biz deal by pricing justification with customer benefit
Requirements:
Master degree of Engineering or Science
At least 5 years of engineering experience in semi-conductor industry, with customer fab/R&D process experience is preferred At least 2 years in business related experience
Good Inter-person skills & stakeholders management skills
Good capability to manage business dynamic and complexity by defining right actions to drive business
