You will be responsible for developing service business across Northern Europe, helping customers keep critical rotating equipment running through repair, maintenance, field service and engineering support. The successful candidate will be a proactive business developer who enjoys building networks, opening doors, and creating new opportunities. Working closely with customers across a wide range of industries, you will identify and develop opportunities for the Engineering Services Division, from pump repairs and field service support through to reverse engineering projects and replacement equipment solutions. Covering France, Benelux, and the Netherlands, you will play a key role in driving growth, building long-term customer relationships, and expanding the division's presence across the region.
Job Responsibility
Developing new service opportunities across Northern Europe
Building relationships with end users, contractors and industrial customers
Promoting workshop repairs, field service support and aftermarket solutions
Identifying opportunities for replacement pumps, reverse engineering and OEM product support
Supporting growth of existing service contracts and customer relationships
Working closely with internal sales, engineering and service teams across the wider group
Monitoring market activity and identifying routes to market
Preparing business plans, growth strategies and reports for senior management
Supporting wider product sales activity where service opportunities create additional value
Requirements
A strong engineering background within pumps, valves, compressors or rotating equipment
Experience selling aftermarket services, repairs, maintenance or engineering solutions
A proven track record in business development and commercial growth
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
The ability to identify opportunities and develop a clear route to market
A self-driven approach and confidence working independently
Fluency in both French and English
Nice to have
Dutch language skills would be a significant advantage
